IBM Sterling Integrator (Non-EDI,Hybrid Role)

Job Title : IBM Sterling Integrator (Non-EDI)

Job Type : Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

Mode of Hire/Visa: US Citizens / GC / H1B on W2 (NO C2Cs)

Locations: Plano, TX / Charlotte, NC / Pennington, NJ

Rate: $65 - $70 / Hour

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Non-EDI IBM Sterling Integrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using IBM Sterling Integrator and other related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy complex integrations using IBM Sterling Integrator.

Specifically looking for Non-EDI candidates.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the B2B/MFT space.

Monitor and maintain system performance, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Design and implement Non-EDI/B2B/MFT solutions that meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using IBM Sterling Integrator and related technologies.

Required Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or willing to transfer an existing H1 visa.
Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI), File Gateway (SFG), Connect:Direct (C:D), and API development using REST and/or SOAP.
Knowledge of database technologies like Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server.
Experience with BPML and Java.
Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPATH, and JSON.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex B2B/Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of various communication protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTP/S, and MQ.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator and its various components (SI, SSP, SFG, SCI).

Java Back End Developer

Job Title : Senior Backend Engineer (Java/Spring Boot)

Rate: $60 - $65 / Hour

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Engineer to join the technology team of one of the leading financial institutions in the United States. As part of our backend engineering group, you will build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance services that power critical banking applications used by millions.

Key Responsibilites:
Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend systems using Java (8+).
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices with Spring Boot framework.
Apply Object-Oriented Programming principles to create clean, reusable, and testable code.
Work with multi-threaded applications, ensuring thread safety, performance, and efficiency.
Write unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, or similar testing frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, product managers, and QA.
Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and architectural planning.
Leverage Git for version control and actively participate in CI/CD pipelines.
Debug complex production issues and provide well-reasoned solutions quickly and effectively.
Ensure systems meet high availability, security, and compliance standards typical of the banking domain.

Required Qualifications:
6+ years of professional experience in backend development using Java.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework.
3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and RDBMS.
Strong command of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Deep understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and performance tuning in Java.
Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and microservices architectures.
Hands-on experience with JUnit, Mockito, or equivalent frameworks for testing and debugging.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
Solid grasp of system design principles, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
Experience working in agile teams and familiarity with modern DevOps practices.
